PSC hopeful wants to be voice for consumers - The Times-Herald:

"Tim Echols is running for a seat on the Georgia Public Service Commission and says he'll be a 'consumer-minded conservative who is not beholden to the people that he regulates on the PSC.'


Echols and former state Sen. John Douglas, of Social Circle, are in the runoff for the Republican nomination. The winner of Tuesday's runoff will face Democrat Keith Moffett in November."
