Comer H. "Randy" Randall Sworn in as 3rd District PSC Commissioner

Sen. Danny Verdin administered the oath of office to Comer H. "Randy" Randall, took the oath of office as Public Service Commissioner from the Third Congressional District in a ceremony at the Public Service Commission on July 10, 2013.
