BMW Manufacturing Wins Duke Energy Power Partner Award - BMW Power

The Award comes as no surprise since almost 50% of the energy used by BMW Manufacturing at its plant in Spartanburg, South Carolina, comes from methane gas generated at a landfill located near the plant. This way, the CO2 emissions are reduced by 92,000 tons per year.
