A J.D. Power and Associates’ survey of business customers ranked South Carolina Electric & Gas tops in the South and the nation among natural gas utilities in customer satisfaction.
SCE&G, principal subsidiary of Cayce-based SCANA Corp., posted a score of 725 on a 1,000-point scale. The national average was 657, down 17 points from 2012.
